You've sent multiple emails this month.

But people aren't buying sh!t.

Your open rates are decent. People are clicking. They're even visiting your sales page.

But your bank account?

Still looking like a desert after a 10-year drought.

And you're sitting there wondering if maybe you should just burn it all down and go back to trading time for money because at least THAT was predictable.

Good.

Because I'm about to save you from making the same mistake 90% of online business owners make when their emails aren't converting.

They think it's a copy problem. Or a pricing problem. Or an audience problem.

It's none of those.

Your emails aren't converting because your prospects don't believe three specific things.

And until you fix THAT, you might as well be screaming into the void.

The 3 beliefs that actually matter:

Miss even ONE, and you're toast.

Belief #1: They need to believe YOU get it (really get it)

Not your credentials. Not your client wins. Not your fancy certifications.

Do they believe you ACTUALLY understand the shit storm they're dealing with right now?

Most people fake this. They throw in some "I know how you feel" garbage and call it empathy.

Please. Your readers can smell that performative BS from miles away.

Real belief happens when you prove you've either lived in their personal hell and found the escape route or you’ve helped someone in their shoes.

Not by being another "expert" with a stick up their ass.

But being a human. Flawed. Real.

Your audience needs to know you've bled where they're bleeding.

Belief #2: They need to believe your offer is THE answer (not AN answer)

This is where people royally screw up.

They list features like they're reading a grocery list.

"6 modules!"
"4 bonus calls!"
"PDF worksheets!"

Who. Freaking. Cares.

Your prospect has already tried 17 other solutions. They're not looking for another option to add to their graveyard of half-finished courses.

They need to believe YOUR way is fundamentally different.

Take my approach to email marketing:

Everyone else obsesses over subject lines. I tell my clients to ignore them (mostly).

Wait, what?

Yep. While other "experts" are teaching you to A/B test whether "Hey" or "Quick question" gets more opens, I'm teaching inbox recognition.

When someone sees your name, do they WANT to open it? Or do they think "ugh, what are they selling now?"

Build the relationship first. Make them anticipate your emails like their favourite Netflix show. Then your subject line could be "potato salad recipe" and they'd still open it.

See how that's not just different tactics? It's a completely different philosophy.

Your emails need to show why your approach succeeds where others fail. Not because you're "better" but because you're solving a different problem than everyone else.

Belief #3: They need to believe THEY can pull this off

This is the belief that dies quietly in the corner while you're busy chest-thumping about your amazing results.

Your prospect might think you're the second coming of marketing Jesus. They might be ready to tattoo your offer name on their forehead.

But deep down?

They're convinced they're the exception. The one person your method won't work for.

Because:

  • They're "not tech-savvy"
  • They're "not good writers"
  • They're "too busy"
  • They're "different" somehow

Your emails need to murder these doubts systematically.

Not with motivational fluff. With proof.

Show them Jenny who started with the writing skills of a concussed hamster and now writes emails that convert at 7%.

Break down your process so simply that a distracted 8-year-old could follow it.

My favourite way?

The "worst case scenario" email.

"Let's say you're the world's worst email writer. Like, your emails are so bad they should come with a warning label. Here's exactly how my system works even for you..."

Then you walk through how your system is specifically designed for people who think they suck.

Why most people fail at this (and how email changes everything)

You can't build these three beliefs in a single touchpoint.

Can't do it in one social post. Can't do it in one sales page. Can't even do it in a 90-minute webinar (trust me, we've tried).

But email?

Email gives you the gift of time.

Email 1: Share your disaster story that proves you get their struggle

Email 3: Reveal the philosophy shift that makes your approach different

Email 5: Showcase someone just like them getting results

Email 7: Address their secret "but I'm different" fear

Layer by layer, you build unshakeable belief.

By the time you pitch?

The sale is just the logical next step.

Time to put this into practice

I've got 3 spots open for my Email/Funnel VIP Day in July.

Fair warning: This isn't for people who want "nice" emails that make everyone feel warm and fuzzy.

This is for people who want emails that actually convert. That build the beliefs. That make sales.

We'll spend an entire day:

  • Mapping out which beliefs are currently broken in your funnel
  • Creating the exact emails to fix them
  • Building/optimizing a sequence that takes skeptics and turns them into "shut up and take my money" buyers

Past clients have seen 40-300% revenue jumps within 60 days after the VIP day.

Interested?

But only if you're ready to stop playing nice and start playing to win.
